Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13%, at time of check out

Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee of $30.00+ per room per night. This fee will cover several amenities, which include:

• Two (2) Beach chairs & one (1) umbrella
• Two (2) Complimentary Bottled Water for the Beach Located at the Concierge
• Daily fitness class (Beach Boot Camp/Yoga)
• Two (2) Two-Hour Bicycle Rental
• One (1) Free In-Room Movie Per Day
